1. The gift voucher can be used only at Threads stores in the UAE(cannot be used for online transactions).To find the nearest Threads store visit www.threadsme.com/store-locator/.
2. This gift voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. The gift voucher is valid for one time use only, and is redeemable for full value of the gift voucher. Any unused amount at the time of redeeming this gift voucher, would be forfeited.
4. This gift voucher remains the property of Threads UAE and may not be tampered and interfered with, without our consent.
5. If the gift voucher is found please return it to the nearest Threads UAE outlet.
6. As the voucher is transferable, Threads UAE will be not be responsible for checking the ownership of the gift voucher before acceptance at the checkout.
7. Threads is unable to replace Voucher(s) if lost or stolen. Misuse of the stolen or lost cards will be the responsibility of the card holder.
8. Threads UAE will not entertain any claims in this respect.
9. Refund of merchandise purchased with the gift voucher will be in the form of return voucher only.
10. Consumers(users) are advised to read the terms & conditions carefully.
11. Threads UAE reserves the right to change the terms & conditions governing the use of gift voucher from time to time at its sole discretion.
12. Threads decisions on all matters relating to the connection with the use of gift voucher shall be final & binding on the purchaser & all users and no correspondence will be entertained.
13. Expired voucher cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded.
14. All vouchers are inclusive of VAT.
15. Gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
