After twenty years as president of an engineering and manufacturing company, Jill has returned to her first love of oil painting. She is inspired by the rich and diverse subject matter of summers in Ontario and winters in Bluffton, South Carolina. Visiting family on the South Shore of Nova Scotia and in the rugged beauty of Northern British Columbia she has captured some of the most breathtaking and vibrant scenery, with dramatic skies, changeable weather and unique architecture.

Jill is a member of the Society of Bluffton Artists in South Carolina, a member of the Oakville Art Society in Ontario, Canada and a contributing artist of Stray Dog Art House in Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia. She is pleased to be part of the Artists of the Bluff in Palmetto Bluff, SC.

Jill’s goal is to capture the essence and feel of these very different beautiful places.
