About Claire: Claire has more than 10 years experience as a remedial and sports massage therapist in the Inner and South West regions of Sydney.

During her treatments Claire uses a variety of techniques including trigger point therapy, reflexology and lymphatic drainage to treat the cause of your pain and discomfort as well as the symptoms. She combines a refined treatment plan and maintenance schedule involving stretches and exercises to have you on the path to holistic health and wellness.
