Our previous No Reserve Auction – the Independent Auto Closeout Sale – was extremely successful, with strong participation and competitive bidding. We are excited to bring another opportunity to buyers looking for vehicles, equipment, tools, and more.
This auction will feature 200+ items, including vehicles, semis, heavy equipment, shop items, tools, and various additional items available to everyone.
10% Buyer’s Premium
NO RESERVE – Do not bid unless you intend to own the item.
Preview days are for inspection only. No negotiations or complaints after purchase.
No test drives or starting of equipment once items have ended.
How to Bid
To participate in the auction, please register with your name and phone number.
Vehicle financing through a bank or third-party lender is allowed with pre-approval only.

Auction Schedule
Bidding Opens:
April 16 at 8:00 AM
Auction Begins Closing:
April 16 at 5:00 PM
This is a two-day auction due to the large number of items.
All items will end between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM on April 16th and 17th.
Lots will close in a staggered format with soft close bidding.
Preview / Inspection
Preview is strongly encouraged to inspect items before bidding.

April 6 – April 17
Time: 10:00 AM – 6:30pm
Most of the equipment runs and drives, and vehicles have just been taken out of operation or are older rental cars.
Test drives are allowed during preview times with a valid driver’s license.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made within 7 days of the auction closing.

Items will not be released until payment has been received.
Pickup Information
Pickup will begin Saturday, April 18 at 1:00 PM.
Additional pickup times:
April 19 – April 26, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
If you need to pick up outside of these hours, please make arrangements in advance.
All items must be removed within 30 days of the auction close or will be considered abandoned.
In the event of inclement weather preventing removal, updates will be posted on the auction page.

Auction Terms & Conditions
1. No Reserve – Bidding
All items in this auction are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” with NO RESERVE. By bidding, you agree to purchase any item you win.
Do not bid unless you intend to own the item.
2. Buyer’s Premium
A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price of all items.
3. Sales Tax
A 4.2% sales tax will be applied to all non-titled items in accordance with South Dakota state law.
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made within 7 days of the auction close. Accepted payment methods include:

Credit Card (2.95% processing fee applies)
Items will not be released until payment has been received and cleared. If payment is not made within 7 days, the item may be considered abandoned and the bidder may be prohibited from future auctions.
5. Pickup / Removal of Items
Pickup begins Saturday, April 18 at 1:00 PM, with additional times April 19 – April 26, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Alternate pickup times may be arranged by appointment only.
All items must be removed within 30 days of the auction close or they will be considered abandoned.
6. Preview / Inspection
Preview dates: April 6 – April 15, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Most equipment runs and drives; vehicles have been recently taken out of operation or are older rental units.

Once bidding begins, no equipment may be started or driven.
7. Registration
To bid, participants must register with a valid name and phone number. Bidding constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Auction Conduct
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties, expressed or implied.
The auctioneer or seller is not responsible for accidents, theft, or damage during the auction or pickup.
All disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of the auctioneer.
9. Property Sale
The property itself will be offered for sale following the auction. Interested parties should contact Zack Tope for more information.
10. Liability
Bidders assume all responsibility for items purchased once the auction closes. The seller and auctioneer are not liable for any claims after the sale.
11. General
By participating, you agree to all rules and conditions listed here. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of items, removal from the auction, or other remedies at the auctioneer’s discretion.
