At Stretch Base, we offer small group stretch classes for people of all fitness levels (even if you’ve never stretched before).
Our simple guided exercises will give you a healthier spine, better posture and proper alignment!

Stretch Base is located in the newly built Meriton complex at Eastgardens, Sydney, right next to Eastgardens Westfield.

Our modern studio has two separate areas for classes and a dedicated space for private sessions.

Our commitment to health and wellness means we offer exercise spaces with a sprung floor, air- conditioning and mirrors, change rooms with lockers, showers and towels, and COVID-safe cleaning.

There is plenty of street parking available in the area as well as free parking in the Westfield Eastgardens car park (max. 3 hours).
