The Winmark Single Vineyard Reserve Chardonnay is a flagship, premium release from Winmark Wines, a 5-star Halliday-rated estate located in the Broke sub-region of the Hunter Valley, NSW. Known for being a producer dedicated entirely to Chardonnay, this highly decorated Reserve-grade wine is crafted from hand-picked fruit and barrel-fermented in French oak.Hand-harvested at first light and matured in French oak for 11 months with extended lees contact to build texture and complexity. Rich, complex, and full-bodied. Expect a silken texture with prominent notes of stone-fruit, citrus, roasted nuts, nougat, and toasty French oak. It balances sweet, fruit-driven layers with crisp acidity and a dry, savoury finish.  This wine can be drunk now or cellared for 8-10 years+.
