Inspire your teenage daughter in the Sunday morning Art+Painting Workshop at the S&C Gallery! The Workshop runs weekly from 11:00 -12:00 exclusively for young teenage girls. These art sessions are an opportunity for artist Sossy to mentor the girls in expressing artistic individuality and emotion , while cultivating raw talent and potential.

WHAT'S INCLUDED: 

Live Guided painting session in which Sossy will mentor you through the steps of creating your own beautiful abstract artwork
Artist grade oil paint, medium, and brushes, supplied as need from the studio’s stock
A sketchbook and canvas boards, designed for sketch work and planning for the final artwork
A choice of arist easel or high bar table as your personal working space; thoughtfully designed for studio oil painting

ARTISTRY TAUGHT:

Learn to prepare an oil painting, start to finish; from initial instruction as you develop the brush stroke technique, all the way to mastery of the oil paint medium
Instruction of the colour spectrum, and guidance to develop your unique colour palette
Bring home your own painting on a beautiful artist’s canvas — handmade by you
At the end of the series, you will bring home your own unique artwork on a beautiful artist’s canvas, specially crafted for your own home or space — a memento of the inner artist that lies inside, ready to be called upon once again.

Your mind will be open to the possibilities that your inner artist can create, with the paintbrush as your tool and your creativity as the only limit.

Follow Sossy into her dedicated Studio + Gallery located in the heart of vibey Elsternwick.  The Gallery is well suited for serious art workshops, with a dedicated studio space setup with easels and bar height tables for artsy workshops. The space is spacious and soothing and you will get to enjoy the beautiful artwork collection of resident artist Sossy displayed on permanent exhibition.
