#020 Mid 20th century Tibetan Temple incense burner, with a very nice patina and rich decoration
About this item
Burner comes from Tibet ( mid 20th century ) and stands on four legs in the form of Tibetan Snow Lions. A bit wobbly but nothing dramatic. These legs stand for good fortune.
The Incense burner is made of copper and is about 30.5 cm long, 11 cm high and 11 cm wide.
On the cover one sees rising incense. On top is a Dorje or Varja.
On the ends of the incense burner is a picture of Kirtimukha or Chepu.
