How do I place a bid?
To place a bid, please sign in and create an account. It’s quick and easy. If you wish to remain anonymous, please enter a nickname or 'anonymous' as your Display Name under preferences.

What are the Donation options in the auction?
Along with all the great items listed, you will also find opportunities to make a donation towards our gala goal to support the gymnasium renovation and athletics equipment at the Junior School. Your donation will be added to the goal for the gala and will help us reach our goal of $75,000. You will receive a charitable tax receipt for the amount of your donation. Tax receipts will be issued when the donation is paid after the silent auction closes.

Where does the money go?
The money raised from the Athletics Gala Auction will support the Senior School gymnasium renovation and athletics equipment at the Junior School.

How long is the auction?
The auction will run online starting Friday, April 19 at 4:00 p.m. and will close on Sunday, April 28 at 9:00 p.m.

When do I pay for my items?
Following the close of the auction on Sunday, April 28 at 9:00 p.m., you will receive an email listing the gift(s) you won and any donation amounts you selected, as well as a link to pay for your items safely and easily online at albertcollege.ca.

When and where do I pick up the amazing items I won?
After your payment has been made, you may pick up your items at Albert College on Thursday, May 2 from 3 to 4 p.m. Alternate arrangements can be made to collect auction items by emailing events@albertcollege.ca or calling 613-968-5726 ext. 2254. Shipping of items can be arranged at the bidder's expense.

What if I want to give something else, or another amount to Albert College?
