Andrew Martin was a 1979 graduate of the Kansas City Art Institute whom we have known for decades.  He received his MFA from Alfred and BFA from Kansas City Art Institute. He exhibits throughout the country and taught at craft schools including Anderson Ranch in Colorado, Penland in North Carolina, and Arrowmont. His inspirations come from Chinese, Japanese and Middle Eastern ceramics. He is the author of a definitive book on mold making for ceramic artists, “The Essential Guide to Mold Making and Slip Casting.” He is the recipient of two NEA fellowships for artists. https://www.brackers.com/project/andrew-martin/
