The Bateman Foundation was founded by Robert Bateman, a legend in the world of nature and art. The foundation uses art to understand our environment and unlock creativity. The Bateman Gallery hosts several exhibits which illuminates the wonders of the natural world, shares environmental knowledge and deepens human-nature connection. The exhibits consist of a permanent collection of Robert Bateman's work and rotations of visiting exhibits by other ecological artists. The natureship membership includes unlimited admission to Bateman Gallery, access to exclusive member-only activities & more and discounted admission to Victoria attractions including the Royal BC Museum and Craigdarroch Castle.
