All of their games have been ranked in Escape the Review's top 100 UK escape rooms in both 2024 and 2025 — a remarkable and consistent achievement. They have won the Innovation Award in both the Suffolk and East Anglia Small Business Awards, and were finalists in Innovation and Customer Care at the National Small Business Awards.
Castaway received a TERPECA nomination in 2024, placing it among the most recognised escape rooms in the country that year. Their game Scary Tale won the Players Choice Award for the East of England and received TERPECA nominations in both 2023 and 2024, while The Keyper's Secret was TERPECA nominated in both 2024 and 2025.
