#026 Levantine Hill Shiraz 2020

Kindly donated by DMP Asset Management Ltd, these 3 bottles of wine were produced by Levantine Hill. Located in the heart of the Yarra Valley, Levantine Hill produces exceptional wines, handcrafted without compromise by one of Australia’s leading winemakers, Paul Bridgeman. 

This wine is described as having intense aromas of white pepper, cloves, cardamom pods, ginger, Damson plums with an underlying hum of stalky complexity. A fine acid line, chewy youthful tannins and high-tone oak define the palate supporting flavours of red and black fruits and subtle herbal, charred meats and sous-bois characters. This wine has an extremely deep and flavourful finish that lingers.
