Risky Kids, based in Kilsyth South, combines physical activities, such as those inspired by ninja and parkour, with mindset coaching. It's goal is to help children develop resilience, confidence, and a positive mindset by teaching them to navigate safe but challenging physical risks. The program emphasises learning from challenges, developing risk intelligence, and building physical and mental "toughness" through a structured, non-competitive environment. The training methods are more than just drills though. The coaches mentor young people, helping them to use the moves to face fear, master courage and to do it their own way.
