1 Hour Pilates Session with Catherine Maher

Catherine Maher is a qualified Pilates instructor. She was trained through the Pilates Institute of Australia in 2001. Catherine has a background in classical ballet and dance and was a member of the Royal New Zealand Ballet Company for 5 years. Catherine has 20+years of teaching Pilates experience in Mat, studio and reformer work.

What you need:

• loose comfortable clothing
• a mat

Class time is 1 hour.  This voucher is valid until March 2024.
