Ruth Bader Ginsburg

This lovely outfit for 'Ruth Bader Ginsburg' was kindly made and donated by Vanessa Tuckfield.  The outfit was entered in the 'Powerful Women' category in the Dress a Doll for Competition.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg was an American lawyer and jurist who served as an associate justice of the Supreme Court of the United States. She inspired generations of women to break gender barriers.  Even after facing gender discrimination as she pursued her academic goals, Ginsburg forged ahead and became the second woman - and first Jewish woman - to serve on the US Supreme Court.

Ruth is wearing a supreme judges robe with a gold silk top and black pant ensemble, with spectacles, green earing's and black booties to match.

Doll height is 52cm.
