All items are sold "as is" with no warranties expressed or implied through Dreamland. However, some items may include warranties that are transferable to the buyer. The buyer is fully responsible for the breakdown and removal of purchased items. Removal of items must be scheduled with onsite management and completed no later than March 1, 2025. The buyer assumes full responsibility for any and all liability associated with the removal and transport of items. Buyer is also responsible for all costs associated with the breakdown, removal, and transportation of purchased items.
