Diversions Online Used Game Auction - Portsmouth, NH (2025)

Welcome to the Online Used Game Auction by Diversions Puzzles & Games in Portsmouth, NH. This auction is live Friday, March 14, 7:00pm through Monday, March 17, 9:00pm. This is a pickup only auction in Portsmouth, NH - items cannot be shipped or transferred to another Diversions location.

The items in this auction are used games submitted by customers of Diversions Puzzles & Games. Each game has one photo and corresponding details including the game's condition and any extras or add-ons with the game. The contents and condition of each game have not been verified by us but we have required all submissions to be complete and undamaged between FAIR and NEW condition. The guidelines for the game conditions are outlined as such:

NEW (in shrinkwrap, never opened)
LIKE NEW (opened box, never played)
EXCELLENT (played, virtually no blemishes on box and/or components)
VERY GOOD (played, very few noticeable blemishes/wear on box and/or components)
GOOD (played, some noticeable blemishes/wear on box and/or components - unaffects gameplay)
FAIR (played, consistent blemishes/wear throughout box and/or components - unaffects gameplay)

All bids are final. If you bid you must pay that amount if you win and your bid is an agreement to make a payment at the end of the auction. Payment must be made within 72 hours of the auction's end. The funds from your games are being directly transferred to the sellers of the games and we are dependent on your payment to honor their store credit.

Max bidding is enabled for this auction. As a bidder, you submit the maximum amount you are willing to pay, and the system will make automatic bids for you until this amount is reached. Each time there is a bid, the price rises by the smallest amount possible ($1.00) to keep the bidder with the highest maximum in the lead. You may instead submit an exact bid; when you submit a bid, the price immediately rises to that amount and holds the lead for the item. With exact bids, you must manually submit a new higher bid each time you are outbid.

Bid at your own risk. While we have asked for all games to be complete and undamaged, we cannot verify any details about the games. We are unable to respond to inquiries about individual games before or during the auction.

Each item has automatic extensions enabled. For any single bid placed in the final 10 minutes of a listing, that listing's time will extend by 5 minutes. Extensions will continue to be added as additional bids are placed.

Server Load: Because of the size of this auction, this website's administrator is asking all participants to do the following while viewing the auction: keep the main auction page open in one window and open a new tab for each game you are interested in viewing:

This will help reduce load times. The end of the auction will see a lot of activity and we are asking for everyone to please be patient while pages take longer to load. By opening individual tabs, it would keep the load times down overall.

Payment will only be accepted through this website. You will be asked to pay after the auction ends. Please pay promptly. No payment will be accepted in-store. Gift cards, store credit, rewards, and coupons are ineligible for use in purchasing these games. Once paid, all games can be picked up at Diversions Puzzles & Games in Portsmouth, NH between Tuesday March 18 and Monday, March 31 during business hours. We cannot ship or transfer games won in the Used Game Auction.

All bids & sales transactions are final - no refunds will be accepted for these games. No sales will be facilitated for any games after the auction ends.
