She is the Whimsical spirit of air and music, and the creator of crescendos. She gracefully accepted her twin sister's gift of wind and from it created sound, which emerges as a visible and tangible notes from strings of her shamisen whose music transcends the realm of the Penumbra and manifests in our world as an invisible intangible but audible form. As the sounds permeated to the physical world, people learned how to use it to create voice, and from it language and eventually writing. The writing, created by people from her inspiration, she then gave as a gift to her sister as a thank you for wind. Her sister uses it to adorn the paper she creates from the earth. All sounds appear as visible, tangible writings, floating through the air from her enchanted shamisen.
