Cook Family Assist Sporting Memorabilia Auction
Seventeen-year-old local Hamish Cook is currently in Ryde Rehabilitation Hospital after having spent months in North Shore Hospital following an accident in the water at Crescent Head, which occurred at approximately 5.30pm on 13 January 2021. Hamish was pulled from the water by his mates. A Westpac Rescue Helicopter was forced to land on the golf course prior to winching and transporting Hamish by air to Royal North Shore Hospital spinal unit.
Hamish has played for the Cannonballs and Mustangs in recent seasons. Hamish worked two part-time jobs; Bumpa’s Bistro at Crescent Head Country Club and at The Rocks Fishing Charters. Hamish was due to attend Year 12 at St Pauls in 2021.
Hamish’s family remains positive. Their wish is to provide Hamish with the best care and the most positive future possible.
