The Riesling showcases the cool clarity of Eden Valley’s Flaxman Valley sub-region: think floral notes, lime, jasmine, crisp acidity, and elegant mineral undertones - beautiful now, yet built to age. The Vesey Shiraz, named for Hatch’s great-grandfather Alf Vesey, is richly opulent - dark plum and blueberry fruits, plush tannins, subtle mocha and spice, finishing long and velvety.
