Some of you may remember a small business run by Rachael Dykyj, Designer Cheesecakes by Rachael. Rachael created loaded cheesecakes, with flavours including Snickers, Oreo, Strawberries and Cream, Banoffee, Rocky Road etc.
The much loved business closed down a few years ago, but Rachael is coming out of retirement to create a beautiful cheesecake of your choice. See photos for inspiration.
***Cheesecake will need to be ordered before Dec 2023 and at least two weeks notice given. Will be a single level 22cm diameter cake that serves about 12-14 slices. Allergies that can be accommodated are gluten and nut free. Valued at $80.***
