• This Voucher is issued by Wei Orthodontics and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
• By using or redeeming this voucher, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Validity

• This voucher is valid from 1 November 2025 for the use of one individual.
• This voucher cannot be used for multiple children.

3. Redemption

• The voucher is redeemable at Wei Orthodontics only.
• To redeem, present the voucher or show the physical/digital copy in clinic.
  This voucher can be used once only, unless otherwise stated.
• The voucher must be used in a single transaction; no balance or change will be given.
• Any amounts not included in this voucher are to be paid by the patient and agree to upon redemption

4. Restrictions

• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers, unless stated otherwise.
• The voucher is non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. Minimum Spend and Exclusions

• A minimum spend of $3,880.00 may apply.

6. Fraud and Misuse
