One week stay at Chez Pizote in Sámara, Provincia de Guanacaste, Costa Rica

Chez Pizote is an eco-chic rustic container house in the Buena Vista neighborhood of Samara designed for two on a quarter acre of lush grounds including fruit-producing habanero and cashew trees, flowering plants, a 400 sq. ft. clear-roof-covered yoga platform, plus wildlife ranging from woodpeckers, macaws, hummingbirds, and chicken hawks to monkeys, raccoons, and pizotes (white-nosed coati). It's the perfect getaway for eco-conscious adventurous travelers seeking beach and sun, surrounded by nature. Features also include a bamboo outdoor shower, an open kitchen, outdoor grill, oversized bathroom, cozy bedroom, and ample storage. Insulation, ceiling fans, and a specially designed roof keep the place cool without AC. With fiber optic WIFI guests can stream music or handle depositions anywhere on the property. The location is a five-minute walk to the closest beach -- Buena Vista, and a 15-minute walk to downtown Samara, with a couple of restaurants and a mini-supermarket along the way. There are a couple of as-is bicycles on the property as well.  The rains begin in June and become heavier until November when they taper off again. The winner will have access to a dedicated local property manager and also receive a welcome basket including Cacique liquor, Costa Rican coffee, a few assorted goodies. The winner can choose subject to availability (usually it can be booked without a problem 30 days out).
