Airtime Package Terms & Conditions

The package is for a specific number of spots per station as per the placement parameters listed below

• The airtime will be placed Monday-Sunday, 5am-12MN (best available times) at NOVA Entertainment ’s discretion.
• The value of this package is for the specific number of spots detailed only.
• This airtime cannot be used in the October to December period.
• Package value does not include GST
• Package not valid for political advertising
• Commercials must be 30 seconds in length.
• The value of this package cannot be used for production costs, Live Reads an/or station promotions
• The airtime is valid until 30 June 2027. If it is not used/gone to air by that time the airtime is forfeited
• The purchaser may not cancel any existing campaign and re-book using this airtime package
• Provision of the package is subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as determined at NOVA Entertainment’s discretion
