- Individuals curious about a career in Change – what it involves and how to get into it.
- Businesses or community groups wanting to prepare their teams for change – and make it stick. For example, if a business is switching to a new booking system or rostering tool, I can help them plan how to get staff ready and onboard: building awareness, engagement, knowledge, ability, and ongoing support.
Can be provided in person (Yankalilla area) or online.
