BES Carnival Auction 2025
Welcome to the 2025 Bexley Elementary School PTO Auction!
Auction Dates:
Opens: Monday, April 7 at 10:00AM
Closes: Friday, April 11 at 7:15PM
Payment Info:
All winning bidders must pay ONLINE. Please note: no cash or checks will be accepted this year.
Item Pickup:
Auction items will be available for pickup at the Carnival, or in the BES Front Office through Thursday, April 17.
Auction Features:

Proxy Bidding: Enter the maximum amount you’re willing to pay, and the system will automatically bid on your behalf—just enough to keep you in the lead.

Anonymous Bidding: Your identity is kept private. Bidders will appear as pseudonyms like “Bidder 2340e.”

5-Minute Auto Extension: If a bid is placed within the final 5 minutes, the auction end time will extend by 5 more minutes. This gives all bidders a fair shot and prevents last-second sniping.
