What you need to know: We are hosting a closeout online auction sale of the property owned by Independent Auto Sales.

We will also welcome vehicle financing from a bank/3rd party.

Where is it: There are three locations for items in the auction.
Most items are located in Belle Fourche, SD.
Belle Fourche: Items are located about 2.1 miles Northwest of Belle Fourche, SD on highway 212 (distance is calculated from the stop sign located at Hwy 212 and Hwy 85). Please do not trespass on the property. A member of the Auction must accompany you. 10833 US Hwy 212. Belle Fourche, SD 57717
Rapid City: This is the location of the classic Cadillacs at 3900 School Drive Rapid City SD 57703. This is a public location that you can enter but only preview days are guaranteed for viewing items.
Newell: About 4 miles Southeast of Newell, SD. Please do not trespass on the property. A member of the Auction must accompany you. 18727 Youngberg Rd. Newell, SD 57760. Each item listing specifies its location. You are bidding on items from that location so you will be responsible for removal and hauling.
Bidding starts on October 17th at 11 am and items ending on Friday, October 20th. The public will be welcome during the planned preview dates. Please do not trespass on the property. A member of the Auction must accompany you.
Preview dates will be:
Monday thru Friday October 16th thru October 20th 9 am to 7 pm
Auction items will begin to end October 20th starting at 2:50 pm.
Many of the vehicles and equipment run and have been in use. Test drives will be allowed with a driver’s license during the preview times.
Pickup begins Saturday October 21, 2023 at 9 AM once payment is completed.
Pickup times:
Saturday October 21st 9 am to 5 pm
Sunday October 22 (By Appointment)
Monday October 23rd 9 am to 4 pm
Tuesday October 24th 9 am to 4 pm
Other: By appointment If an alternative pickup time is needed, please contact Molly to verify approval. This will not extend the payment terms.
In the event of inclement weather that prevents removal or extremely muddy circumstances, we will post to this auction page and the Facebook Event page if any changes occur to the pickup date or times.
Tips for viewing the auction: There are categories specified for the items so you can sort by like items you have an interest in. This auction site is not the same as some other larger platforms and therefore does not have all the same features. Please pay attention to ending times and ensure you confirm your bid.
The auction uses proxy bidding. With proxy bidding (also known as maximum bidding or eBay-style bidding), bidders submit the maximum amount they are willing to pay, and the system makes automatic bids for them up to this level. Each time there is a bid, the price rises by the smallest amount possible to keep the bidder with the highest maximum in the lead.
There will be a 3% buyer premium on all items. We will accept several forms of payment. Cash or cashier’s check. We will also accept credit or debit cards with a 3% convenience fee. Items in this auction are sold subject to a buyer's premium of 3%, which will be added to the winning bid. Visitors of this site acknowledge that all auction items listed on AirAuctioneer must be accepted “As IS” without any other warranties and conditions.
