Enjoy a Texas barbecue feast in the comfort of your own home. This platter will feed a minimum of 8 people so is ideal for a small celebration or get together. The meat and sides will come perfectly rested and ready to eat with full instructions on how to do the final preparations, which way to slice and what sauce goes where. A meat lovers heaven.

* Only available for order on Saturday or Sunday nights and 7 days notice is needed to prepare the order. Voucher valid until 30th March 2021. As the food is cooked over an open flame it can not coincide with a VIC total fire ban.

The pack will include

• 1 point end traditional Texas style brisket, slow smoked over iron bark with a perfectly balanced seasoning to bring out that beef umami.

• 1 full rack of smoked and glazed pork ribs. A sweet and spicy hit.

• 1 pulled shoulder, your choice of either pork or lamb, smoked to perfection and pulled apart with a bbq gravy ready pour on and devour 

• 1 share sized jalapeño and cheddar corn bread

• 1 share sized Mac and cheese.

• 2 portions of traditional Texas bbq sauce to use at will with any of the meats or sides.

• Pickles.
