Laughter Yoga is about extended and hearty laughter in a safe environment - producing in total at least 10 - 15 minutes of vigorous belly laughter, provid-ing therapeutic benefits, which can last around 24 hours. Laughter Yoga is a combination of laughter and yogic breathing. We don’t need a sense of humour to benefit from it - the laughter is unconditional, and whilst it is initially simulated, becomes real after a few minutes.

Jane Neville transforms workplaces through changing mood. Over several decades in ed-ucation, training and human resources, she has successfully developed and implemented transformative programmes across a wide range of industries and professions, locally and nationally. Thirty years ago, a perfect storm of traumatic events shifted her career focus from making money and climbing the ladder, back to the heart of the workplace: people. The loss of her brother, the personal impact of the Sydney bushfires in 1994, and the escalating stresses within workplaces led her to recognise that businesses needed to be better equipped to deal with their most volatile asset - people. There had to be a better way of improving creativity, productivity and job satisfaction. After working for many years in change management, in 2016, Jane identified the trans-formative benefit of laughter and began teaching people to easily and cost effectively use their own strengths to improve their wellbeing and performance. She demonstrates that we all have the ability to switch to a happier and healthier mood, that will have a profound influence on our lives. With her energetic and inclusive style, she is a popular presenter at workshops and con-ferences, always surprising with the value of her simple and fun exercise programme.
