Moshe Hemain was born in 1949, USSR.
1976 – graduated from "Feshin" Art College, Stage Design Department.
1978 – Head Artist, Jewish Chamber Musical Theater, Moscow, USSR.
1978 – Member of Soviet Artists’ Union.
1980</div> - I applied to emigrate to Israel but was refused. He was arrested and placed in city psychiatric hospital No. 15 (a branch of the Serbsky Institute of Forensic Medical Examinations)
1987 – Head Stage Designer, "Shalom" Jewish Theater, Moscow, USSR.
1989 – repatriated to Israel, lives in Jerusalem.
1992-1995 – Director of Shatz Gallery, Jerusalem, Israel.
1995-1996 – Art Director of Artists’ Village, Talpiot, Jerusalem.
1996-2023- Founder and Managing Director-"Three Lines" art projects [a non-profit organization].
