Emmanuil Lipkind (1928–2007) was a Russian-Israeli painter who taught art in both Kazan and Moscow, where he mentored famous artists. He received a major prize at the 1957 international youth and student festival in Moscow and was a member of the Soviet Artists Union. In 1994, he relocated to Israel, where he continued his artistic career. Lipkind was a member of the International Association of Art (UNESCO) and the Russian Artist Union, actively participating in exhibitions and earning awards. His works can be found in Russian museums, the Yad Vashem Memorial in Israel, and private collections around the world. He painted in various regions, including Latvia, Russia, the former Yugoslavia, the Middle East, and Israel. He passed away in Jerusalem in 2007, leaving a lasting artistic legacy.
