Alina Yoffe-Pikovsky was born in 1968 in Kiev (Ukraine).
In 1975-1985 attended the N.I.Ostashinsky Art Studio, Kiev.
In 1990 graduated from the University of Economy in Kiev, Faculty of Programming.
Since 1991 lives in Maale Adummim, Israel.
Learned courses of different graphic and painting techniques at the Bezalel Academy of Art, Jerusalem (1991-1992), a course of computer graphics at the Open University, Jerusalem (1992), and Website Design Course combining Design for Advertising and Mobile at the John Bryce, Jerusalem (2015-2016). In 1993-2006 worked in the Israel Antiquities Authority as an artist and specialist in restoration; in 2006-2015 worked there as an Art Editor, Senior Graphic Designer and Print Production, in the Israel Antiquities Authority in the ward of Judea and Samaria publications.
A member of the Paper Cutters Guild in Israel.
Creates in various art techniques – painting, graphics, traditional Jewish papercut, Judaica and ketubboth, graphics for print editions (illustrations for books and magazines).
Since 1991 participated in different individual and group exhibitions and fairs-exhibitions (including Moshe Castel Museum of Art, Maale Adummim; Hutzoth Ha-Yotzer, Jerusalem; Outline Festival, Jerusalem; Jerusalem House of Quality, Jerusalem; Exhibitions of "Harmony" Cultural Center, Jerusalem and other ).
Her works are found in private collections in Israel, USA, Canada, England, Australia, Ukraine, Russia, and other.
