About this item
Song Brocade Floral Earrings — 2 × 3.5 cm (each)
----
Artworks donated by a myasthenia gravis (MG) patient support organisation in China.
These pieces are created within the context of traditional Chinese intangible cultural heritage crafts, including Song Brocade weaving and paper-cutting art. They represent not only cultural value, but also the strength, resilience, and creativity of individuals living with chronic illness.
These works are donated by the China MG community as part of a broader effort to support international patient connections, raise awareness of myasthenia gravis, and promote mutual encouragement among patients across countries.
One of the core patient representatives involved in this initiative is Ms Fu Huaning, a person living with myasthenia gravis and an active advocate within the Beijing Aili Myasthenia Gravis Rare Disease Care Centre.
She has long participated in patient peer support, rehabilitation sharing, and public awareness activities.
Despite the challenges of her condition, she continues to inspire others with resilience, optimism, and a strong commitment to helping fellow patients regain confidence and reintegrate into society.
