Master Pilates is a beautiful light-filled Pilates studio — a calm, peaceful oasis in the heart of South Yarra. Master Pilates offers both small group classes, private instruction or live virtual classes.

The studio’s founder Ann Wilde has been a Pilates Instructor since 2007 and is a Principle Trainer & Pilates Instructor with Pilates Alliance Australia (PAA).

Master Pilates classes aim to provide a total workout and assist with core strength, postural correction, increased flexibility, injury rehabilitation, the management of chronic conditions, sport and athletic training, dance specific programs, pre and postnatal Pilates.

Beginners are welcome in all classes as we tailor our instruction to the individual needs of each client. We empower our clients to gain an understanding of their own body and posture thereby facilitating their improved health and well-being.
