A classic Afternoon Tea at The Windsor

Afternoon tea at The Windsor is an unmissable Melbourne tradition, with generations of families, brides-to-be and girlfriends gathering to catch up over silver-tiered stands of petite cakes, sandwiches, scones and French sparkling wine.

Held in Melbourne's last remaining grand hotel, afternoon tea here is a grand affair. Step through the brass-polished doors into a chandelier-filled dining room, where guests are greeted with a glass of French sparkling wine or champagne on arrival.

Afternoon tea is then served - an array of savoury canapés, petite sandwiches, the hotel's famous scones and delightful desserts - with eleven specialty teas to choose from.

The Windsor is proud to offer dietary accommodations, including coeliac and gluten-free Afternoon Teas and a suite of other dietary requirements.
