• Zenthai Shiatsu Therapy is an integration of Traditional Thai Massage, Zen Shiatsu and Osteopathic technique, underpinned by the elemental and meridian lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). A holistic practice that balances the Yin and Yang, organs of the body, fueling Ki/prana and harmonising our nervous system and wellbeing. Sessions include a diagnostic of current conditons, a 90 minute movement based treatment and follow up.
