Take a short stroll over the sand dune to beautiful Beaumaris Beach at prime surf location East Shelley Point. Lay in bed and listen to the waves. Recline on the sky deck or sun soaked bay window seat. Explore the delights of St Helens including the amazing mountain bike trails and Bay of Fires. You are sure to find space for whatever you need to recharge.

The space

Welcome to our architecturally designed spacious and light filled 3 bedroom 2 bathroom double storey beachside home. The downstairs area has a large multipurpose room with TV, huge bathroom and 2 bedrooms with Queensize beds. There is a laundry downstairs and rear access leading you to a deck, large grassed area and the beach beyond. There is an outdoor shower for your post beach trip rinse off and a rustic table and bench seats on the outside paved area. Tas-oak wood stairs deliver you to the kitchen and main living area with attached powder room and master with ensuite and walk in robe. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a pod coffee machine. The living area has a very large bay window perfect for lounging in the sun enjoying the water view or reading. There is a deck off the main living area overlooking the sand dune and water with a staircase leading up to the sky deck. The sky deck with expansive views up and down the coast has deck chairs for lounging and is a wonderful space to soak up the vista, check the surf at East Shelly Point, watch for wildlife such as dolphins or whales in season, watch the sunrise, moonrise or star gaze. The master bedroom with Queensize bed has views out to sea and sunrise. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach from all parts of the house. There is a desk in the master bedroom should you need an office space. While the house has mobile reception with most providers, there is no wifi as we hope it might be a place where you can 'unplug'. There is a double garage where you can store your toys securely.
