Susan Wilde has always been involved in the art world in some way, beginning her career in the advertising and editorial fields. Interior design is also a passion of hers. She lives in the Tweed area where she paints in her studio overlooking the river. Her main forte is still- life painting where she breathes life into even the most static stills. More recently she has been developing a looser, more abstract style. Her art has been displayed in many exhibitions in Canada; and also in Oman; and Dubai, United Arab Emirates; where she lived and worked for a time.
