2025 MEGA Annual Online Auction Fundraiser!

Welcome to Bayside Community Emergency Relief's annual fundraiser. We are a 100% volunteer run, community driven charity. Our mission is to empower people experiencing hardship and tragedy by providing requested emergency aid supplies when a (usually large scale) disaster arises.

From the 2020 bushfires right through covid and now the economic crisis, we encourage targeted donations of the right type of goods by and for our amazing community. Our aid mainly goes to domestic violence, homelessness, aged care, food relief & local emergencies. This auctions funds allows us to fill in the gaps of what isn't donated.

The buyer needs to be over the age of 18 years to bid on lots that included alcohol.

Auction terms and conditions

Everyone participating in the BCER online auction must register to bid. Monetary donations are accepted through our website at https://www.baysidecommunityemergencyrelief.com.au . Monetary donations are tax deductible so please retain your receipt. By bidding in our online auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules. We accept payment through Air Auctioneer at the conclusion of the auction within 2 weeks unless otherwise arranged. The auction begins Sunday October 19 at 9.00am and ends Sunday October 26 at 8.00pm. BCER will declare the auction finished. No other bids will be accepted after this time. Once you place a bid you will get notified by email if you are outbid. Winners will be notified via email. If you win multiple items they will be listed on the 1 email. It is your responsibility to check your emails (please also check your spam folder) . Bids cannot be removed once they are placed. If you do not want to pay the amount you’re bidding please do not bid. Items are to be collected from Brighton East at a prearranged time. Please contact us re collection once you have paid for your items. Also, please contact us if you dont receive an email. Note: Some vouchers will be emailed. All items have been donated by our generous businesses the general public & are described to our best ability and all lots that include alcohol will only be sold to people over the age of 18years. Proof of age may be requested on pick up.
