2025 Manitoba Highland Cattle Fall Sale
Welcome to our 2nd Annual Fall Sale
Two Manitoba Highland breeders have teamed up again this fall to offer their 2025 combined fall production sale.

We have a limited selection of Highland cattle available to purchase this year: registered heifer calves, and registered bull calves. All calves are homegrown right here on our farm in Manitoba, Canada and sired by our bull - Windy Ridge Gibson's Finest.
All animals listed for sale are available for viewing on our farm. Please make arrangements with us to view the animals in person. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions!

Bushy Acres - Holland, MB
We have a great selection of 2025 calves for sale this fall. In addition to our registered Highland heifers, we also have a few half-Highland cross calves for sale.

How to Bid:
- Bidding opens at 8:00 am (central time) on Friday, November 21, 2025, and soft closes at 5:00 pm (central time) on Saturday, November 22, 2025.
- Minimum bidding increments of $100
- All bids are in Canadian dollars
- Registration is required to bid, including your name, email, and address
- Bidding will remain open on individual lots if there has been at least one bid received within the last 10 minutes. Once 10 minutes has passed without a bid, the lot will close
- We will not sell single animals unless the buyer is a current member of the CHCS or AHCA, or owns other cattle and has contacted us regarding this prior to the start of the sale
Successful Bidders:
- Winning bidders will be contacted immediately following the sale
- Must provide payment in Canadian funds through e-transfer, wire, or cash within 7 days of the sale, directly with the seller listed in the auction item description
- Assume all transportation cost and risk. Animals must be collected on or before December 31, 2025.
Sale Conditions:
- Animals must be paid for in full within 7 days of the sale. Payments must be in Canadian funds. We accept e-transfer, wire, or cash.
- If successful on bidding on less than two animals, buyers must be members of the CHCS or AHCA and own Highland cattle. Or, must own other cattle and have made arrangements with us prior to sale start.
- Animals must be collected on or before December 31, 2025. Animals are guaranteed to be healthy at transport. If not, the full purchase price will be refunded. This does not include incidental damage to horns. Buyer assumes all transportation cost and risk.
- Buyers must have a secure area to hold animals for several days to acclimate them safely
- US buyers: an extra $200 will be added to the final price to cover export costs. Additional testing required by individual states will be extra. Please ensure your state does not require a CAN brand. Any brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Note: we do not sell animals to the southern States.
- We reserve the right to refuse any bid.

Items in this auction are subject to an automatic extension feature. If a bid is received within
10 minutes of expiry, bidding is extended by 10 minutes. These times, and the
number of extensions which may take place, may be changed by the auction administrator without notice.
