Hamish is father of current and former BNWPS students Louis (year 6) and Angus (high school). He studied fine art at the University of Newcastle before completing a Masters of Visual Art (2008) and a Masters of Fine Arts Research (2010) at the Victorian College of the Arts, University of Melbourne.
