Leadership Coaching Session with Ronda Goulden (#FP002)

Ronda Goulden is trained as an executive coach.  A coach is a thinking partner who works from the premise that you are naturally creative and resourceful.  A session involves discussion about anything leadership-related as chosen by you.  Some common coaching conversations cover decisions you might need to make, dealing with conflict, strategic analysis of problems and systems thinking.  Although the coach may provide some teaching about leadership or organizational dynamics or systems thinking, in general the coach does not provide solutions or answers.  The coach is not a consultant.  The coach is also not a subject-matter expert in your field.  Rather, the coach is trained in asking powerful questions to spur on your thinking and analysis. Includes 4, 1 hour sessions over 6 months To avoid any conflict of interest as a result of Ronda also being the Deputy Minister of Forestry and Parks, the coaching conversations cannot include topics where the Deputy has oversight (eg. policy proposals or hiring decisions within Forestry and Parks).  However, topics around general leadership development and learning are welcomed.
