David has served in several different positions throughout various departments in the Alberta Public Service since 2000, most of his time at Alberta Justice as legal counsel. He became a Co-Director of Central Legal Services in 2015 and Director of Health Law in 2017. Most recently, he has served as Assistant Deputy Minister of Legislative Review in in Executive Council.
David would be happy to discuss the intricacies of the policy approval process, or the vagaries of farm life. The choice is up to you.
