Internal laundry, large covered back deck with dining table and BBQ. Internal LUG.

Easy walk to beach, shops, tavern, Bowling Club and tennis courts.

Provide own linen and towels etc. No smoking and no pets.

Potential value is seasonal - Easter is $1200, Winter $1,000 and Summer school holidays $2,000.
