Arabella Walker is an emerging contemporary Aboriginal artist from the Wulli Wulli Auburn Hawkwood people.

Arabella is a part-time retail assistant at Aboriginal Art Co and a practicing artist. In June, Arabella completed an 8-week residency at Aboriginal Art Co, where she presented her exhibition Seasonal. This body of work explored the distinct characteristics of the seasons within Wulli Wulli Country, offering a deep reflection on the relationship between culture, land, and the natural world.

Drawing on her rich cultural heritage, she shapes her artistic practice through a unique blend of multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, and transdisciplinary approaches. With a background in dance, Walker infuses her work with a dynamic fusion of movement, color, and form. Her art is characterized by vibrant explosions of color and energetic mark-making, using these elements as a powerful form of contemporary expression.
