Payment of the winning auction bid must be made to the Holland Park State School P&C Association within 5 business days of the close of the auction.  Failure to make the payment in full by the expiry of this period will result in your winning bid lapsing.  The prize may then be offered to the next highest bidder without obligation to the original highest bidder.
2. The prize will not be provided to the highest bidder until payment from that bidder is received in full.
