Homemade Peanut Butter Pie (can be Gluten-Free)

This peanut butter pie has been making potluck-goers happy for years! This rich and creamy pie can be topped with chocolate sauce, mini chocolate chips, and/or mini Reese's peanut butter cups, and it can be made gluten-free at the winning bidder's request.
