Sired by Jock of Cullern, Flash when born was the only dun coloured bull sired by Jock. His dam, Ebony, a black girl from an Embyo imported from Canada.

Grand Champion at the AHCS National Show held at Gawler South Australia and Grand Champion bull the same year at the Royal Adelaide show.

Long lived bull sadly dying this year at 16 years of age having served girls the year earlier. Flash lived out his final days at Currie Park in Western Australia.
