Keans Agri are offering an exclusive weekend camping for up to 12 people at their Darling Downs property. Not only can you feed and brush highland cattle, but there’s a fire pit and you can also go yabbying in the dam. Nearby you have 4WD driving plus a number of historic buildings including the local pub “The Royal Hotel” where you can stop for a coldie, a yarn and some real country cooking at Queensland’s oldest continually licensed establishment. Continue your heritage trail through Liberator Park, St Matthew’s Catholic Church, St Augustines Anglican Church, Leyburn State School and the Granall Residence from the 1850s.

Power, basic toilet and shower facilities plus a camp kitchen with fridge are provided, all you need is a group of friends or family, and your tent or camper. This is a working farm so no dogs are allowed.

Keans Agri is located in Leyburn and the farm also boasts a WWII bomber runway.

The weekend package allows you to arrive Friday afternoon and leave Sunday.
